On Thursday, October 16, K-12 students report for a half-day and Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held the p.m. & evening. Your school will provide conference specific information. On Friday, October 17 there is NO SCHOOL.

Dr. Collins from the EMU STEM Education Institute visited our 2nd grade students at Bishop Elementary to read “Ada Twist, Scientist.” 🧪👩🔬 Each student received their very own copy of the book to follow along — and to take home — along with a healthy snack! 🍎

LHS Homecoming Dance

7 to 10 p.m. in the LHS East Gym.
Tickets - Tickets will be available for online purchase until 12 p.m. on September 26th, 2025. Tickets will be unavailable for purchase after the purchase window closes - no exceptions. No admittance will be allowed at the dance if you have not pre-purchased a ticket.
Homecoming Dance Guest Pass - You can pick up a guest pass in the Main Office and download it: https://aptg.co/dpsZ9n . If you opt to bring a guest that does not attend LHS, be sure that you read the form carefully and that it is turned in fully completed by 3 p.m. on September 24th. No late submissions will be accepted. Also, outside guests must have a digital ticket purchased to gain entry to the event.

LHS Student Picture Day will be on Friday, September 5th, 2025
All students will be photographed in their English classes that day. Please use the QR code to place orders or print and complete the order form and send it with your student(s) on September 5th. Paper order forms are also available in the Main Office for student/parent or guardian pick-up.

My Future Fund
Lincoln Consolidated School District is excited to continue our partnership with My Future Fund, over $155,000 allocated to LCS students & counting. This summer, the Lincoln Consolidated Schools BOOK MOBILE will be back visiting local neighborhoods to promote summer reading. Through this initiative, we hope to reduce summer reading loss, maintain student achievement levels and increase excitement for reading.
