School of Choice Application
(for non-resident students)

 

Lincoln Consolidated Schools participates in "School of Choice" for grades K-12.  Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Dexter, Manchester, Milan, Saline, Whitmore Lake, Willow Run, and Ypsilanti students are eligible to apply for enrollment. Also eligible are students from Monroe, Lenawee, Ingham, Jackson, Livingston, Oakland, and Wayne Counties.

How do I find my school district?

Applications will not be accepted without all of the following documentation:

  • School of Choice Application
  • Affirmation of Discipline Form
  • Request for Student Discipline Records
  • IEP, if applicable
  • Report Card/Transcripts

 

Please include attending/previous school name, address, and contact information as requested to expedite school attendance and discipline records. 

The enrollment office will contact you once the application is approved or denied.
Please do not proceed with the online enrollment until your application is approved.
